The University Council Affairs Office

The University Council Affairs Office is responsible for the following:

  1. Receiving the topics presented to the university president and his assistant and collecting the necessary data and information.
  2. Preparing the agenda for the university council meetings in coordination with the university president, drafting the minutes of the meetings, recording the decisions, and informing the relevant authorities, faculties, and units affiliated with the university.
  3. Receiving the minutes of the university council meetings, presenting them to the university president, transcribing the decisions, and communicating them.
  4. Organizing the communication of the university president and his work programs.
  5. Receiving incoming correspondence for the university president, preparing his correspondence, keeping records, and providing requested information.
  6. Undertaking other tasks assigned by the university president.
